Harrisburg, PA
On May 7, 2020, Thomas Tumer was arrested and charged for his alleged involvement in the August 2019 homicide of Kyler Jasean Waiwada. Tumer has been charged with Murder of the Second Degree, Robbery-inflict Serious Bodily Injury, and Conspiracy – Robbery-Inflict Serious Bodily Injury.
Tumer is being held without bail.
