Wilkes-Barre, PA
Around 1:20AM May 18, 2020 Wilkes-Barre Police say they responded to N. Main St for a report of a female attempting to burn down her apartment building. The complainant told police Nancie Fells poured an entire bottle of lighter fluid on the porch and in her apartment and attempted to light it.
The complainant was able to stop her before she was able to. Fells was later taken into custody without incident police say. There is no information available on bond for this suspect.
