The Pennsylvania State Police in DuBois are searching for Kenneth Deboer, 83. He is 6’5″, 210 lbs., with gray hair and beard, and blue eyes. Deboer is operating a red 2004 Chevrolet Avalanche pickup bearing PA registration YLB3387. He was last seen on May 22 at approximately 6 a.m. on Stevenson Hill Road, Washington Township.
Police say they believe this person may be at special risk of harm or injury and may be confused.
Anyone with information on Deboer is asked to contact police immediately by calling 911.
